Auction Online Bid Form
If you are unable to attend the Auction on October 11th, 2008 you may BID on any item offered in the 2008 Auction Catalog by completing the fields below and then clicking the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page.
ONLINE BID DEADLINE: 10:00PM on Tuesday, October 7th.
Please read these notes…
- Consult the 2008 Live Auction Catalog. or the 2008 Silent Auction Catalog. for item descriptions.
- Obtain your Bid Number by sending an email request to auction2008@bouldervalleyuuf.org. If you are not currently registered with Boulder Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship as a Member, Friend or Active Visitor, please contact auction2008@bouldervalleyuuf.org to verify your eligibility to bid in this auction. ONLY registered BVUUF Members, Friends and Active Visitors may bid on auction events.
- The Auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
- Bids must be entered in whole dollar amounts with no decimal points
- The Auction committee will email a confirmation of receipt of your bid to the email address that you enter. If you do not receive a confirmation within three days, please advise the auction team at auction2008@bouldervalleyuuf.org. It is the bidders responsibility verify that all bids are acknowledged.
- The Auction committee will manually enter your on-line bids onto the Bid Forms that will be placed on the auction tables on October 11th.
- Winning Bidders will be notified and invoiced my mail. Payment is due within 60 days of invoicing.
