2012 Nature Camp
Dates: Monday, June 4 to Friday, June 8
Time: 9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with before and after childcare available
Tuition: $100.00 per child for members of BVUUF (Sliding scale fee/ Scholarships available.)
$150.00 non-members
Childcare Before and after care available for $5/hr.

and walks to Coal Creek and Waneka Lake.
Ages: K -5th graders. Grade entering Fall, 2012
Staff: One counselor (high schooler) for every 5 children, plus C.I.T’s (6-8th graders,) Katie Covey, Director, Laura Murray and Linda Spencer Asst. Directors.
In Nature Camp we will explore the web of life with animals, stream study, PaKua Martial arts, and fairy houses!
Special guests include:
Jeff Kagan and Paige Doughty, “environmental musicians and performers” offering a concert at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday as part of camp. All members of BVUUF and friends are invited to attend the concert! http://www.jeffandpaige.org/index.html
Nicolas Nobile, spiritual teacher, Pakua, martial arts, instructor, Monday, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. http://www.pakua.com/kua.asp?content=origin
Plus “Big Al” Papparella, member of BVUUF and woodworker, will join us each day for “Al’s Room” activities with woods such as willow weaving.
There will also be the old favorites of the fire pit, a Bouncy Castle, and camp zoo. Camp is limited to 50 campers. Bring a Bag Lunch and sunscreen.
6-8th graders may apply to be C.I.T.‘s (Counselors in Training.)
High Schoolers may apply to be paid Counselors.
