“Yesterday’s Heritage, Today’s Spirit”
Rev. Lydia Ferrante-Roseberry, preaching; Katie Covey, Ruth Rinehart, and Bruce Martin, Worship Associates
Our ancestors broke bread together as a holy act, embodying the gifts of the earth in remembrance of the gift of life. During this all-age service, we invite you to share “sacred morsels” with one another during our bread communion. The Children’s Choir will also share their music with us. If you’re interested in bringing bread from your cultural heritage, sign up here.

This Sunday’s Half-Plate: Women’s Bean Project. This 25-year-old organization in the heart of Denver has a mission to change the lives of women by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise. The project employs women chronically unemployed and impoverished, giving them jobs in gourmet food and handmade jewelry manufacturing while also offering classes in job readiness. Nominated by Millie Montgomery.
