Connecting and Supporting Our Community

The Neighborhood Connectors Program fosters connections and deepens community among members and friends who live near each other. These volunteers coordinate activities for geographical “neighborhoods” plan at least one social event during the year to help members and friends get acquainted, and serve as the points of contact when individuals/families have special needs (meals while convalescing, transportation to Sunday services or appointments, childcare, visits to those who are ill or elderly). Neighborhood Connectors also make referrals to Rev. Lydia for pastoral needs.

Below are the neighborhoods and the names of the 2016-17 Neighborhood Connectors. To find contact information for your neighborhood connector, visit the online directory.
