This Week’s Highlights

1. This Sunday Service, December 16th: Services at 9:00 and 11:00 am“
   What is the Purpose of Waiting?”
   Ellen Valentine, Worship Leader; Peter Wernick, Worship Associate.
   Why do we wait? In this season of waiting for many things I will explore different traditions reasons for waiting and then ponder some reasons that UU’s might consider waiting useful.
   The Jazz pianist Amanda Riggers will be joining us with special guests.
2. There will be only one 10:00am service on December 23rd and December 30th. Please see the update for the times and descriptions of the three services on December 24th, Christmas Eve.
3. The Nominating Committee is seeking self-nominations for elected positions on the Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, and Committee on Ministry. See the December newsletter for additional information. Please contact Don Price or Elena Slusser
