Here’s what’s happening Sunday Feb 24th, 2013 in Religious Education:
Quilts are needed for “The Keeping Quilt.” Teaching Assistants are rare! Frank Lloyd Wright, Unitarian architect, is featured in 3-5th grade.
- Preschool: ”Chalice Children: Imagination” with Dana and Chelsea, preschool staff teachers.
- Nursery: Loving Care with Nanny Juliette.
- K-2nd Graders: To the service then to “Picture Book U.U.: The Keeping Quilt” 9 a.m. with Laura McCollom, teacher and TA needed, , 11 a.m. with Stephanie Moriarity and TA needed. Quilts are needed can you loan us yours?
- 3-5th Graders: To the service then to “Spirit of Adventure: Architecture by Unitarian Frank Lloyd Wright” 9 a.m. with Hope Collins, teacher and TA needed; 11 a.m. Reese Beeler and Rob Wood, T.A.
- Playground Monitors: (10 – 11 a.m. between services) Sue Mundell and One Needed.
- Children’s Choir Rehearsal 10:10 a.m.
- 9 a.m. Junior Youth Group (6.7.8th grades): “Group Project” with Emily Conger, Youth Coordinator.
( Note: JYG will only be offered at 9 a.m.; Late service youth may choose to join the younger class or attend the adult service.) - Our Whole Lives (O.W.L.) Human Sexuality Classes:
- 7/8th Grade O.W.L. – Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. with Scott Sewell, Laura Murray, Emily Conger, and Luis Uribe.
- 5th Grade O.W.L. mandatory Orientation for 5th Graders and Parent(s). Sunday, 12:30 p.m.
