This team works to advance Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) in the Fellowship and in the greater community. They serve as an advisory group that consults with the Board, committees, individuals, and teams in order to educate and support them regarding matters that some individuals might otherwise not be aware of or not feel comfortable addressing. For example in Fall of 2024, JEDI organized, provided, and participated in a series called Creating Radically Inclusive Communities led by Victoria Grey. As a team, they prioritize having members who self identify as being from historically marginalized communities in our efforts to center the voices and lived experiences of minority communities.
