  • This week’s Full-Plate offering: Emergency Family Assistance Association. EFAA works with other human service organizations, schools, congregations and local police departments, acting as a community safety net for families who cannot meet their basic needs. Since 1979, EFAA has provided a network of housing programs for both short term emergency and long term transitional situations. The Fellowship has been a “Partners-in-Care” with the Lafayette EFAA office by directly supporting an apartment for families in need of emergency housing as well as assisting with special projects at the Lafayette complex.
