This Week’s Highlights

  1. This Sunday Service: February 24th (Services at 9:00am and 11:00am)
    “Transforming Our Inner Curmudgeon”
Paul Gibb, Worship Leader; Illya Kowalchuk, Worship Associate
Paul Gibb is a lifelong UU and former English professor who has written 12 sermons over the past 24 years and delivered them at seven Front Range UU congregations. This Sunday’s sermon is called “Transforming Our Inner Curmudgeons.” It is a personal journey about discovering a mostly unconscious part of himself – his Inner Curmudgeon – that was making him more defensive than he needed to be. Paul will also provide suggestions about how all of us can both befriend our Inner Curmudgeons and at the same time keep them from dictating our behavior.
Melissa Williams and the Fellowship Singers will provide today’s music.
  2. This Sunday’s Half Plate will benefit Voices for Children. The mission of Voices For Children CASA is to help break the cycle of child abuse and neglect in Boulder County through the use of trained and supervised CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteers.
