10 a.m. K-5: Katie Covey, DRE,  and Fiona Freeman-Grundei will lead the children in the sharing circle then read the book “Fairy Houses” by Tracey Kane. Building Fairy Houses slows us down, simplifies our choices, and indulges our imaginations while celebrating the web of life. We will spend a considerable amount of time outdoors so we ask that you provide your children with ample sun protection; sunscreen and/or hats.

10 a.m. Preschool/ Nursery:  Loving childcare with games, stories and freeplay. We will invite the older preschoolers to build fairy houses, too.

**RECRUITING GREEN BRIGADE, Aug. 25: Meri Gibb and Sheri Price of the Green Committee are recruiting children and youth, grades 3 and up, to help with their efforts to make BVUUF more Earth and environmentally friendly.  There will be a Green Brigade orientation immediately preceding the all-congregation potluck on August 25th.  Meet in the RE Wing, Pauling room after service.  Green Hats provided! Then help with sorting after the potluck.
