- Examine how we can be more fully inclusive, and
- Develop a Congregational Health Dashboard.
In addition, the Board:

- Transferred $1,000 budgeted for professional development activities from Rev. Lydia to intern minister Lisa Moore.
- Established a policy and program of providing monetary awards for BVUUF employees after every 5 years of service. The program applies to both full-time and part-time staff.

- Approved spending up to $3,000 for an organizational development consulting contract to support BVUUF as we create more agile and inclusive decision-making processes and procedures.
