On March 21, your Board held its regular monthly meeting at Frasier Meadows, which will be our new home until we can return to Ceres Drive. All six members were present as were Reverend Lydia and our Ministerial Intern. At that meeting, we:
• Reviewed the budget development and approval process
• Received (in Executive Session) an update from the Personnel Committee on its priorities for the coming years
• Reviewed an LDC plan for providing limited financial support to members who want to attend General Assembly and other leadership development activities
• Reviewed (in Executive Session) a possible violation of a Limited Access Agreement and developed an appropriate plan of action
• Approved the minutes of the February 21 Board meetings and accepted the Treasurer’s Report for February, the February Building Project Finance Report, and the February Construction Management Team Report
• Reviewed the Building Committee’s proposed process for making changes to the Building Project budget and agreed to request a joint meeting to finalize details.
• Continued discussion of our Common Read—The Tao of Leadership
