Pastor AJ (he/him) serves as the Community Minister for The Mountain Top BIPOC Community, as well as the coordinator of CO UUs for Racial Justice.

Pastor AJ Blackwood, MDiv moved to Colorado in 2019, since then he has established himself as a leader in the Colorado UU racial justice community as a founding steering team member of The Mountain Top: A BIPOC UU Community as a volunteer chaplain.

As of July 1, 2023, Pastor AJ is serving The Mountain Top as the lead minister. He continues to serve as a member of Colorado UU’s United for Racial Justice.
