Kitty, a mom and member of the Longmont Unitarian Universalist Presence (LUUP), has worked with children and youth in various settings over the years. From teaching conflict resolution to inner city youth through involvement in Americorps, to founding “Teens Acting Out,” a non-profit that utilizes theater arts to educate, empower, and inspire young individuals as leaders for positive change in their communities, Kitty has extensive experience in youth development. Additionally, Kitty holds a Masters Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy with a focus on Mindful Play and has taught as Adjunct Faculty in Naropa University’s MDiv Program. Currently, Kitty serves as the past chair of LREDA Mountain Desert District and has worked as a Chaplain to Youth for the Pacific Western Region of the UUA, as well as serving as an event Chaplain for various UUA events. Thrilled to join us at the Fellowship, Kitty brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for our community.
