“The Thread You Follow”
Rev. Lydia Ferrante-Roseberry, preaching; Alyssa Axe, Worship Associate
Poet William Stafford writes, “there’s a thread you follow. It goes among things that change. But it doesn’t change.” This Sunday, we’ll look deeply at the “threads” that weave through our lives as we explore the differences between gifts, callings, and life purpose.

This week’s Half-Plate offering: The UUSC-UUA Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. The loss of life and devastation in Nepal from the recent earthquake are truly staggering. Both the UUSC (Unitarian Universalist Service Committee) and the UUA (Unitarian Universalist Association) have activated emergency response efforts. The UUSC is a nonsectarian organization that advances human rights and social justice in the United States and around the world. Nominated by the Half Plate Committee with Rev. Lydia Ferrante-Roseberry.
