“Changing Leaders – Leading Change”

At the request of Rev. Lydia, Rev. Mike Morran will reflect on the ten-year social justice journey of First Unitarian Church in Denver. The story will be told, but the subject focuses on identity, community, and leadership in a liberal religious church.

  • This week’s Half-Plate offering:PeaceJam. This program, which has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize eight times, will partner with BVUUF for the “Peace and Justice Camp” from June 1-5. PeaceJam is known for their excellent work around the globe creating a just and compassionate world. They will offer scholarships to community children to attend camp through PeaceJam and Project YES. Nominated by Katie Covey and Rachel Setzke.
